1 A portion of the 2009 Donation Campaign proceeds will be dedicated
towards the completion of the Intermediate Playground.
2 A $5,000 Bursary has been established to assist any family in need of 
financial support for school activities such as Outdoor School, Big House
Kayaking, Band etc.  The PAC will supplement 50% of the registration fee
or an amount determined on an individual basis.  Contact Wayne Mitchell,
Henk den Breejen or Lori Ireland in confidence.
3 Cost estimates and/or the responsibility of funding for some items were
not available for the budget vote and will be addressed and voted on at
future PAC meetings.  The Contingency Fund will be used to fund these
and any other items identified and voted on throughout the school year.
